Benchmark Urgent & Family Care launched a group of urgent care centers to fill the gap between the ER and primary care physician. It’s an increasingly crowded market, so you can’t simply rely on a great location and high visibility, especially when you are the new kid on the block. We used “bench” as a mnemonic device to convey our selling proposition of getting treated, not seated. Here are the marketing communications that took that message to the market.
